Jeffrey Segal (1 August 1920 – 5 February 2015) was an English actor and scriptwriter. He made his first screen appearance, as an extra, in the film Jew Süss (1934). From the early 1960s onwards he appeared in many British TV series, notably Callan,[1]Z-Cars, The Protectors,[2]Terry and June,[3]The Pallisers, It Ain't Half Hot Mum and Dad's Army.[4]

Dr. Jeffrey Segal is a board-certified neurosurgeon and founder and CEO of Medical Justice, a membership-based organization focused on deterring frivolous malpractice claims and Internet defamation, and implementation of legal strategies on behalf of its members who find themselves victims of a lawsuit. Medical Justice operates in all 50 states.

Dr. Segal holds a BA from the University of Texas and an MD from the Baylor College of Medicine, where he earned Phi Beta Kappa and AOA Medical Honor Society recognition. He completed his neurosurgical residency at Baylor College of Medicine and continued as a spinal surgery fellow at the University of South Florida School of Medicine. Dr. Segal also earned a JD with highest honors from Concord Law School, based in Los Angeles.
