Following a historic $50-million gift from alumnus Stephen Smith (Sc’72), which was announced October 1, 2015, by Principal and Vice-Chancellor Daniel Woolf, Queen's School of Business was renamed the Stephen J.R. Early life and education

Stephen Anthony Smith was born in the Bronx, a borough of New York City.
