Hailey Rhode Baldwin was born in Tucson, Arizona,[5] to actor Stephen Baldwin, the youngest of the Baldwin brothers, and graphic designer Kennya Deodato Baldwin. Bieber's maternal grandfather is the Brazilian musician Eumir Deodato.[6] She was named after Halley's Comet.[7]

Bieber began modeling in 2014 when she was signed to the New York agency Ford Models. In October of that year, she walked her first runway for Topshop. She has since retired from runway modeling.
